My favorite food: Salads, cakes, spaghetti, pizza. But my favorite food is sushi. This Japanese dish always causes me great admiration. Sushi is the art of cooking and combining flavors. I like sushi with eel and shrimp the most. The balance of sweet rice, spicy wasabi and delicate fillings always leaves an unforgettable impression. Soy sauce and pickled ginger add piquancy to the taste of sushi. Every time I taste this dish, I feel real pleasure.
