Humility: Confidence without arrogance, paired with a willingness to learn. Respectfulness: Valuing others’ boundaries, opinions, and dignity. Passion & Drive: Pursuing goals with enthusiasm and perseverance. Good Communication: Listening actively and expressing thoughts clearly. Loyalty: Standing by others through ups and downs.
My goals for the future: i want to start the new chapter of my life with the special man , maybe you ?
My favorite food: Borscht – The iconic beet-based soup, a symphony of tangy beets, tender cabbage, and a dollop of creamy smetana (sour cream). Each spoonful feels like a warm hug from babusia (grandma). Varenyky – Pillowy dumplings stuffed with potatoes, cheese, cherries, or sauerkraut. Pan-fried or boiled, they’re comfort food perfected. Holubtsi – Cabbage leaves wrapped around savory rice and minced meat, baked in a rich tomato sauce. A labor of love that’s worth every bite. Deruny – Crispy potato pancakes, golden-brown and served with a side of smetana or applesauce. Pure, carb-filled joy. Salo – Cured pork fat, often sliced thin and paired with rye bread and garlic. A salty, indulgent treat that’s quintessentially Ukrainian. Syrniki – Sweet cheese pancakes, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with sour cream or jam. Breakfast never felt so decadent. Kulyk – A hearty porridge made from millet, often topped with butter and smetana. Simple, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. Uzvar – A traditional drink made from dried fruits (apples, pears, prunes), simmered into a sweet, aromatic compote. Perfect for holidays or cozy evenings.
