Looking for: Someone who knows that real connection isn’t built on pretty words, but on consistent actions. I want a reliable partner, an honest soul, and a true patriot who’s ready to build a meaningful story together.
About me: My name is Ariana. I’m a dance coach based in Kyiv, but I come from a small village that is now under occupation. Everything I have today, I’ve built with my own hands. Dance is more than movement for me – it’s my freedom, my voice, and sometimes, my way to survive. Through it, I teach others to feel alive.
Qualities that I appreciate in people the most: Loyalty, honesty, inner strength, and the ability to keep going even when it hurts. I admire people who know where they come from and still believe in something greater.
My goals for the future: I dream of opening my own dance studio where children who’ve been affected by war can find healing through movement. I want to bring my parents, who are still in the occupied territory, to safety. And I want to see our Ukraine free — all of it.
My travel destinations (past or future): I’ve traveled a lot across Ukraine for performances, competitions, and workshops. I love long road trips where the landscapes shift and your thoughts settle. In the future, I’d love to visit Italy, Spain, and Japan — places where culture and motion exist in perfect harmony.
I spend a lot of time thinking about (or my dream is): I think a lot about the home I lost. I dream of the day my parents can walk freely under a peaceful sky. I also dream of dancing in a hall where every movement is not just choreography, but a quiet prayer for freedom.
My favorite movies, books, music, shows: I’m drawn to stories that stir the soul. White Swan and Soul Dance are films that speak to pain and beauty. Musically, I love Kalush Orchestra, ONUKA, and classic Ukrainian ballads. In books, I admire strong female narratives like Fieldwork in Ukrainian Sex by Oksana Zabuzhko and When Angels Fall by Maryna Sokolyan. And when I want to escape a little, I dive into the rich worlds of Ukrainian and global sci-fi.
My favorite food: My mom’s borscht will forever be my comfort food. I also love baking late at night after long practices, when the city is quiet and peace sets in.
Pets in my life: I don’t have pets in Kyiv yet, but I grew up with dogs. My childhood dog Rex used to greet me after every dance competition. I dream of adopting a shelter dog once I can bring my family here.
My hobbies and what I'm good at: I read people well, especially when they’re silent. I know how to teach the body to speak with emotion. I’m fascinated by world cultures, and I love creating choreographies that tell stories. I’m also a good listener — without judgment, just kindness.
Talking about sports: Dance is not just art – it’s daily physical training. I love pushing my limits and feeling the rhythm in every muscle. I also enjoy morning runs, when the city is still asleep and it feels like the world belongs to you.
The five things I can't live without: Music, morning light, freedom of movement, Ukrainian language, belief in victory
You should message me if: You’re not afraid of what’s real. If commitment is something you treat seriously. If you’ve been through loss and still choose love. If you believe dancing can heal the soul.
Job: Dance trainer
