My hobbies and what I'm good at: I enjoy the physical and mental challenge of yoga. It helps me to stay fit, flexible, and focused. I also find it to be a very relaxing and stress-relieving activity. I love spending time on the water, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUPing) is a great way to do that. It's a great workout for my core and legs. I recently started using a balance board, and I'm really enjoying it. I'm also trying out aerial yoga, which is a type of yoga that is done in a hammock.
